Forget relying on fundraising links alone. Soccer Savvy puts unique, limited-edition soccer charm packs directly into your team's hands. Families can show them to friends, relatives and colleagues — and let the products do the talking!
Your team sells the packs and keeps the difference. No upfront inventory payment.
How it works
- Get your team started. Tell us about your team and preferred packs. Before receiving stock, your team coordinator completes a simple, trust-based acknowledgment confirming the packs received and the fundraising arrangements.
- Receive your packs. Start with up to 50 packs, including a maximum of 25 Canada packs. Your coordinator collects or receives the stock and distributes it to families.
- Sell for 14 days. Let supporters see, feel and choose their favourite packs. Additional stock may be available, up to 100 packs per team in total, subject to availability.
- Return and settle. Within 3 days after the 14-day period, return unsold packs and pay Soccer Savvy for sold packs. Any missing or damaged packs will be included in the final stock reconciliation and settlement, based on the fundraising arrangements acknowleged by the team.
- Keep your team's profit! Put the money towards tournaments, equipment, training or team activities.

Most limited-edition packs: recommended selling price $19.99; $10 payable to Soccer Savvy; $9.99 kept by your team per pack sold.

A few important details
- $0 upfront: no inventory payment before your fundraiser starts. A signed inventory responsibility agreement is required.
- Collection or delivery: local delivery is available for $19.99, payable at the end of the fundraiser. Collection can be arranged.
- Payment and paperwork: settlement is by Interac e-Transfer; a pack list and full HST invoice are provided.
- Availability: the programme currently serves local teams. Teams elsewhere in Ontario or Canada are welcome to enquire about possible arrangements.
- Extra support: follow soccersavvyinfo on Instagram — we'll promote participating teams during their 14-day fundraiser. Academy owners can also enquire about club-wide collaborations.
